Now, each person will likely ask questions to other members. But the participants can only answer the questions with either yes or no. They have to answer till they have received a “no” from other members. With this, the new participants will learn more about other members. Each participant has to ask question to every other member of the small group. After this, the participant has to move to the other small group and repeat the same process of questioning. Mine Field is another team game, where a participant is blind-folded. This person has to make his/her way from one corner of the room to the other. But there are so many obstacles, which are scattered in the room. The objective of the game is to reach the other end of the room without hitting the obstacles that lay on the way. Another team member will guide the blind-folded person about how to reach the other end without striking the obstacle. To complete this task successfully, each member should have good channel for communicating and close understanding about each other. This method improves the level of communication among the team. These kinds of exercises also do alleviate stress, which is formed during the boring work hours.
Zoom is a famous team building game, where every member of the team is given a unique picture. Each member is supposed to form a storyline, which apt suits the picture given to them. It is not allowed that a participant can glance at other participant’s picture. Mix up all the pictures and distribute it in such a way that same picture doesn’t come to the one to whom it has come previously. Now, ask the team members to narrate a story based on the storyline given below the picture. This improves better understanding between the team members.
